Happy Birthday To Me!

And so another year of my life has gone by.  As of today I'm 35!  I say 35 because that's the age I would have been turning when I died, so that's the age I shall consider myself to be.  Yohohoho!  So if anybody would like to throw presents at my head this would be the time and place to do it.  So I'd like to take a minute for a song made of perfect harmony with myself.  There's all sorts of wonderful party activities we could do!

If any female friends did not want to show me their panties for my birthday, they could also wear this lovely outfit and do a birthday dance!  Yohohoho!

Or even this!

Yohohoho!

Alternatively if you are far to shy for any such things, we can all sing some of our favorite songs!  Here's a lovely song... which Zoro interrupted me in the middle of but otherwise is still well and good!  (OOC: at one point in the song I yawned making my voice really sound like what I picture Zoro to sound like.  Not wanting to redo the ENTIRE song for the 20th time I went with it anyways)
So strike up the band and have some birthday cheer!
For my crazy, happy birthday happens only once a year!
Yohohoho!

Re: (OOC: It could be worse, we could be making commercials for Verizon)

Well we'll sing some drinking songs another time then instead.

Right, sorry. I come from the school of laughter makes everything better. Yohohoho... I'll just give you time to err... digest that information... Yup.

Re: (OOC: ... what's that? I don't think we have it in England)

[identity profile] rogersrighthand.livejournal.com 2009-03-28 12:48 am (UTC)(link)
... Fine.

Hm. I usually come from that school, but I think I've suddenly graduated. I just... need to think about this. Thank you.

(OOC: Since it wouldn't fit in the topic; Wait really? Well Verizon is a phone company that the actor for darth vader had started to do commercials for. Not as Darth Vader but he was working for them... it sort of an inside joke I have of him saying they could make commercials for verizon together as father and son... and now that I've ranted on about the explanation of my joke >_>)

Graduated?! How sad! That's my favorite school system! Yohohoho... oh... right...

Don't worry, take your time. I don't want you to feel completely alienated from me.

(OOC: ... Nope, we don't have it)

[identity profile] rogersrighthand.livejournal.com 2009-03-28 01:05 am (UTC)(link)
It's mine, too.
... I wonder if it's genetic?

Right. Because you only slept with my mother. Multiple times. While she was married. And then buggered off somewhere.
Sorry. I appear to be a little snappish. I wonder why.

Re: (OOC: Ignore the silly man behind the curtain! He's a loon!)

Genetics would explain a lot.

MARRIED?! Hardly, she was 17!

Re: (OOC: I noticed!)

[identity profile] rogersrighthand.livejournal.com 2009-03-28 01:46 am (UTC)(link)
Sadly so.

... WHAT.
My parents said they married at sixteen. It was an arranged marriage, and that was the earliest they could legal-

They lied?

[identity profile] tapdancinskelly.livejournal.com 2009-03-28 01:56 am (UTC)(link)
It's sadly quite possible they lied. Most likely to protect you from crazy dreams of chasing after your pirate father. But It's in your blood... even if I no longer have any. Yohohoho! Although you most likely became a pirate for your own reasons which I respect all the more.

[identity profile] rogersrighthand.livejournal.com 2009-03-28 02:00 am (UTC)(link)
Well. This is wonderful.

I'm so proud of my family.

And you didn't suspect the timing? When you heard she had a child?

[identity profile] tapdancinskelly.livejournal.com 2009-03-28 02:12 am (UTC)(link)
HAH! You think I was even told by her?! The only way I found out about it was when one of my mates told me about it several years later. Ah I remember it like it was yesterday. "hey man, you remember that girl you were dating? I hear she had a child she named... err... ray something or other about half a dozen months after you left." And by that time I was half way across the world in a little pirate ship not really able to do much about it. Trust me I was a tad cross with my friend for not telling me a weee bit sooner.

[identity profile] rogersrighthand.livejournal.com 2009-03-28 02:17 am (UTC)(link)
... hm.

I suppose I can forgive you, then.

Did she even know my father then? Was she with anyone else at the time?

[identity profile] tapdancinskelly.livejournal.com 2009-03-28 05:28 am (UTC)(link)
Well,

I'm glad I'm forgiven then.

To be quite honest I don't really know your father, so I wouldn't be able to say how she knew him, but she wasn't seeing anybody else at the time... to my knowledge... it was always hard to tell with that women. Lovely past your family has, doesn't it?

It's delightful. I'm so happy.
