[Brook has found himself stuck on a flimsy raft out at sea. He can be seen drinking a cup of tea while seemingly having a tea party for himself.]

Well... the accommodations aren't exactly five star, and it's a little leaky, but at least it seems steerable. Not quite as bad as the last vessel I found myself alone on in the middle of nowhere. Yohohoho!

[Brook keeps fiddling with the journal, not really sure how it works.]

I wonder if anyone shall find me? ... Well! No point in sulking about it, when you're feeling down and alone, you should sing!

Oh, we found ourselves on the island of Punk Hazard. Lovely little place really, because if you're too hot you can go to one side of the island, and if you're too cold you can hop over to the other side. And let's not forget the fresh air! Yohohoho!

Well Captain Luffy picked up a distress call from the island, so he thought it might be best to explore it to see if anybody was alive, or needed aid of some sort. As for basically gone... that does sound roughly accurate. It's sort of a mix of molten rock, and frozen ice burgs. Then of course there's that lab too, but that's another story.

How did it get like that? And who put a lab there? Or was it the only thing that survived?

Hmm... I wonder how behind the times the majority of folks are in Luceti?

I'm not exactly sure how it got like that, namely because I don't exactly know what it was like in the first place. What do you mean by survived anyways?

And what's he doing with it?

From what I can tell, working on a weapon of mass destruction to rival even the one that went off years ago. I barely escaped with my life from the blast of this deadly gas bomb.

[Just. Mental keysmashing everywhere in his head over here. Oh. His. Gosh. He is getting way too old for this. No no, there's a talking skeleton rockstar in the Straw Hat Crew who should definitely be considered too old for this and he's still cracking jokes. Keep it together Marco.]

[That just comes out as a squeak really. He's tired of getting told that the islands aren't his to protect, that he doesn't hold onto really any of them, and now this weapon is going to be available just for what? To really make it impossible to save lives? Seriously, he hates people right now.]

Well, judging from what I could gather while running for my life, (Or whatever you want to call it) and believe me that's not much... sell it to the highest bidder? He's really not the nicest fellow I've ever met.

There is literally nothing he can do about it, if any of the rookies or Blackbeard or the other emperors get their hands on it, they're fucked, so he's just going to have no choice but to hope that the Straw Hats take care of it after all? [Brook just beams up at Marco, and lessens his waving, now that he knows he has Marco's attention.]

Yohohoho! Sorry about that! I got a little carried away! So how exactly do we want to go about this? Do I get on your back? Or do you pick me up with your talons? Or do you have some other form of carrying system I'm unaware of?

I'll uh... carry you in my talons. If you're okay with that? [SINCE YOU ARE BONE AND THERE IS NOTHING TO HURT -- wait no, that's terrible.] It's too risky to try a landing, and it'd probably be faster to just carry you like that to the shore.

[So Brook just spreads his arms out, stands up, and waits for Marco to just carry him off. Although a small thought is nagging him in the back of his head]
