Well things have always been rather hectic, and the majority of the straw hats aren't much of story tellers. But I think the main reason I haven't heard much about you is because they wanted to keep your involvement with them secret. You are after all a princess, correct? Am I to assume you took up that roll again when you left the straw hat pirates? If so, perhaps they didn't trust me not to accidentally blab about it.
